The need to increase capacity to fulfill orders moved Omni to purchase a 15′ long Emmegi Dual Head Miter saw.

This programmable saw permits rapid cutting to length with accuracy, repeatability, and excellent cut surface finish. This saw is capable of straight or miter cuts on either or both ends simultaneously. When set to length, each part is ready for final machining without further tending to the ends.

This addition provides nearly a 25% increase in throughput when needed.
