Eric is a passionate problem solver who thrives on innovation and collaborative relationships.  With expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and project management, he has contributed to the successful launch of more than 50 unique products. 

Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Eric relentlessly pursues product and process improvements throughout a product’s lifecycle - whether it’s reducing costs, improving quality, accelerating product launches, or minimizing environmental impact.  He thrives on helping clients find solutions that deliver results.

Outside of work and his beautiful family, Eric enjoys mountain biking, tinkering in his home workshop, and flying airplanes.
